Who We Are
The Lighthouse Movement
The Lighthouse Movement is a personal development and spiritual restoration community, offering support to people navigating the highs and lows of life.
As founders of this movement, we offer our stories, experiences, and toolkits as a beacon of hope to those who may need inspiration, guidance, and community as they create a life of authenticity and alignment. We are women who do not fear the storm, for we are learning to steer our ships.
At our core, we embrace the idea that everything in life serves us, even the challenges. Loss can be a prompt toward growth, and pain can become a catalyst for change. You are not your conditioning or programming; you are a fractal of The Divine, here at this pivotal moment in human consciousness to rediscover your true self.
This is more than a community—it’s a movement to help people get unstuck, unlayer the systems that bind them, and reclaim their lives. We are walking this path, and our stories are here to reassure you: you are not alone. Whether it’s through reflection, storytelling, or practical wisdom, we aim to be a lighthouse, illuminating a path through the waves of life toward clarity, purpose, and collective unity.
Our mission is to inspire personal transformation, spark self-discovery, and reconnect people with their Divine essence.
“Let our stories be a balm to you, for you are not alone.”
Dominique
For nearly two decades, I have been on an unwavering journey of mental, emotional, and spiritual exploration, seeking the deeper truths of who we are, why we suffer, and how we heal.
Like many, I have faced the raging storms and uncharted waters of life, moments where the path forward was uncertain. My path has led me through 18 years of personal development and mental health exploration, blending the wisdom of Baptist Christian faith, plant medicine, and diverse spiritual practices that have profoundly reshaped my understanding of healing and transformation. I have come to understand that every challenge—every storm—is not meant to break us, but to shape us into stronger, wiser navigators of our own destiny.
My professional journey as a strategic leader in Accessibility, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (A.I.D.E.) has been about more than just policies and initiatives—it has been about helping people reflect their authentic selves in the world, ensuring that no one is lost in the sea of circumstance or injustice without the light of hope. Now, as a graduate student in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation, I am deepening my study of how the mind, spirit, and human potential intersect, equipping myself to support others in navigating their own journeys with greater clarity and courage.
The Lighthouse Movement was born from this understanding: we are all sailors, moving through the ebbs and flows of life, seeking direction, purpose, and safe harbor when the waters grow rough. A lighthouse does not steer the ship—it simply illuminates the way, offering guidance and reassurance that land is near, that hope remains, and that we are never truly alone.
I co-founded this space because I know firsthand what it feels like to drift, to question everything, and to yearn for something more. But I also know the power of finding your inner compass, of transforming pain into wisdom, and of using life's challenges as a map toward healing rather than an anchor of despair. If you have ever felt lost, disconnected, or uncertain of your path, let this be your sign: there is light ahead, and your journey is leading you somewhere meaningful.
The waves will come, but you are not alone. Together, let’s set our sights on new horizons, embrace the lessons of the tides, and sail forward toward the life we were always meant to live.
The Lighthouse is here. The journey is yours. Let’s navigate it, together. ⛵✨

Eternal optimist. Recovering codependent. Healing people-pleaser. Lifelong seeker of truth, spirit, and soul.
In 2012, I hit what felt like rock bottom. Everything I thought I knew about myself and the life I’d built began to fall away. But in that unraveling, something beautiful began. What I thought was the end quietly became the beginning—the moment I started rebuilding, not just my life, but my self. One tender step at a time, I began to deconstruct the layers of conditioning that had shaped me, and uncover the truer, deeper version within.

That line became a mantra. Over the past decade, I’ve been on a steady path of recovery, remembrance, and reinvention. My journey has been shaped by astrology, tarot, human design, yoga, quantum mechanics, and, more recently, the gentle grounding of tending my first garden. Each modality has given me a mirror, a map, or a moment of clarity.
By 2016, I had called in my dream life—my partner, my tech business, and then two beautiful children—all in three wild and miraculous years. On the outside, I looked like I was thriving. And in many ways, I was. But I was still outsourcing my worth to others, still overextending, still gripping too tightly to what “success” was supposed to look like. By 2023, I found myself deep in a second burnout—this time with eyes wide open.
Now, I’m back on the path of authenticity. Reclaiming my joy. Letting go of who I thought I needed to be. And returning, again and again, to my true self—the part of me that never stopped believing in the light.
It’s an honor to co-create The Lighthouse Movement with my soul sister Dominique. Together, we offer what we’ve learned—not as answers, but as gentle lights for the journey. If you’re ready to come home to yourself, we’re here to walk with you.
